At the Ardeshir Irani International Film Festival Awards (AIIFFA), transparency and fairness are our priorities. Please review this refund policy before making any payments through our platform.
General Policy
All payments made to AIIFFA for short film nominations, release fees, marketing and promotion packages, membership applications, merchandise, event tickets, and event sponsorships are non-refundable under any circumstances. Once a payment has been processed and completed, AIIFFA cannot offer refunds, whether in full or in part.
Non-Refundable Submission Fees
Submission fees for short film nominations and other entry-related charges are strictly non refundable, regardless of selection outcome or withdrawal by the applicant. This includes all transaction and payment gateway charges.
Event Tickets and Sponsorships
All payments for event tickets, merchandise, and sponsorships are final and non-refundable. In the unlikely event of a festival cancellation or schedule change, AIIFFA may, at its discretion, communicate alternate solutions or credit options to affected parties but is not obligated to provide monetary refunds.
Payment Processing
Payments via the AIIFFA website are securely processed through third-party gateways such as Razorpay. AIIFFA does not store or receive sensitive payment information like credit card numbers. For technical issues with the payment gateway, please refer to Razorpay’s policies or contact their support.
Exceptional Circumstances
Refunds may only be considered in cases of proven technical errors resulting in duplicate payments. To request a review, email info@aiiffa.in within 48 hours of the transaction with full details and payment proof. AIIFFA’s decision in such cases is final and binding.
